If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • Clients who purchase or use our services directly
  • Agencies or resellers using our services under a white-label arrangement
  • Users accessing any part of our platform, communications, or website
  • Brand partners receiving strategy or outreach support

By using our services, whether for a one-time campaign, a monthly subscription, or through a partner agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. These terms are designed to ensure smooth collaboration, set clear expectations, and protect the integrity of all parties involved.

Whether you’re managing SEO for 50+ clients or testing a single campaign with us, these terms are built to support trust, quality, and scale.

Information We Collect and How It’s Used

When you use our site or work with us, we may collect information, including:

Service Scope and Client Responsibilities

4.1 Scope of Services

4.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information, access, and approval assets
  • Review and approve deliverables (publisher lists, content, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Avoid requesting tactics that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines

Delays in feedback or scope clarification may impact timelines.

Subscription Plans & Automatic Renewals

Some services are offered on a monthly or quarterly subscription basis.

By subscribing, you:

  • Authorize DWS to charge your preferred payment method automatically
  • Acknowledge your subscription will renew unless canceled at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
  • Are responsible for full payment of any renewal initiated before cancellation is confirmed

You may cancel subscriptions by notifying us via email or your account dashboard.

Payment Terms

 

  • All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started or deliverables are in production
  • Invoices must be paid in full by the due date to avoid service disruption
  • Trial credits or discounts are time-bound and non-transferable

Late or failed payments may result in campaign suspension.

Trial Credits & Promotional Offers

Trial credits or free placements:

  • Must be used within 30 days
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Are limited to one-time use per business unless explicitly extended

Content and Link Delivery

8.1 Approval Process

We maintain a transparent approval process:

  • You pre-approve publisher domains and content outlines
  • No links or content go live without your sign-off
  • We aim to match your brand tone, anchor preferences, and SEO goals

8.2 Link Placement Terms

While we use vetted, reputable publishers:

  • We do not guarantee 100% indexing of any link
  • Publisher edits or takedowns are beyond our control
  • If a link is removed before 12 months of completion, we will attempt a one-time replacement

Platform Access and Account Security

If you are provided access to any DWS portal or dashboard:

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • DWS reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or violation of terms

Intellectual Property

    • All original content created by DWS for your campaign becomes your property upon full payment
    • You may use the deliverables for your intended SEO or marketing purposes
    • DWS retains ownership of internal tools, outreach templates, and systems used to execute the service

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services to promote violence, adult content, hate, or illegal activities
  • Submit deceptive content or black-hat SEO requests
  • Contact our publishers or freelancers directly
  • Interfere with our systems or attempt unauthorized access

Violations may result in immediate service suspension or termination.

Confidentiality & White-Label Protection

We respect client privacy. DWS will not:

  • Disclose your projects, data, or end clients
  • Reuse your deliverables
  • Contact your customers (for agency partners)

We follow strict internal NDAs with team members and freelancers.

Linked Third-Party Websites

Our services may reference or link to third-party websites. DWS:

  • Does not control or endorse these websites
  • Is not responsible for their content, policies, or security
  • Cannot guarantee accuracy or safety on those platforms

Use of third-party links is at your own discretion and risk.

Data Storage, Retention, and Anonymization

We retain client data for as long as needed to:

  • Fulfill service delivery
  • Meet regulatory or audit obligations
  • Support internal analytics

When no longer needed, data will be anonymized or securely deleted. Archived data will be isolated until eligible for deletion.

15. Termination

You may cancel a campaign or subscription with written notice.

  • We require at least 30 days’ notice for ongoing monthly services
  • Unused credits expire 90 days after issue
  • DWS reserves the right to terminate service for violations or non-payment

16. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
